Medic Tracker
The Medic Tracker family of software is our most extensive line. Its core components are aimed at simplifying the administration of EMS services. When dealing with employees who may work odd shifts and can be spread over a large geographic area even keeping a phone list current can be difficult. This software allows employees to update their personal information, check schedules, and sign up for shifts from any computer with internet access.

Clinical Scheduler
Anyone who has been responsible for keeping track of clinical scheduling knows it can be a daunting task. Scheduling around other classes, jobs, and personal obligations can require hours of time better spent on other endeavors. This software allows the students to pick their own clinical shifts within a pre-arranged time period (i.e. the first two weeks of class).

All parameters regarding number of shifts needed and times available are set by the instructor. The system will not allow the students to schedule themselves anywhere they are not allowed to be. It can also be set up to e-mail them reminders before their shift. When a student misses a clinical due to illness or personal reasons they can view an up to date listing of what clinical time slots are available and fill out a form requesting that slot.

An additional benefit to the clinical sites would allow them limited access so they can view he schedule as well as fill out evaluations on the students.

Other features which can be added on allow students to fill out their paperwork online. This would allow your training site to reduce the amount of paper it has to keep track of and limit the occurrences of lost or forgotten paperwork.
Customized Scheduler

Online Newspaper Publishing
This one is a little different than our normal projects, but it posed an interesting challenge we could not pass up. This online program allows for complete control of an online newspaper. Reporters can upload stories and photographs which can then be reviewed by the editor prior to release on the web.

Classified ads can be posted and viewed with a paperless system, and advertising space can be allocated as needed.

This system is both fully customizable and easy to use.
